Altered Art Manequin Auction to Benefit the Kids In Need Foundation

Candy Rosenberg of Graphic 45 has generously donated a one of a kind altered art mannequin featuring the new "Le' Romantique" paper collection by Graphic 45.

It stands 12" tall and is made of paper and adorned with intricately hand cut butterflies and Graphic 45 paper, shiny bling and painted with Glimmer Mist from Tattered Angels.

If you are familiar with Candy's work, you will know that her signature is both dress forms and intricate hand cutting, and this one is no exception with 6 hours of manipulation this paper mache form from Craft Peddlars was transformed into a beautiful "lady about town" that is all dressed up in pink, with flowers and bling and ready to meet up with her love.
Candy says, "It is my absolute pleasure to create a piece of art to donate to Scrapbook Royalty and the World's Largest Crop attempt to raise funds for such a worthy cause as the Kids In Need Foundation and it is my sincere hope that we give them every single penny we can give".
Candy Rosenberg and her artwork will be present at the crop on Saturday, January 23rd, 2010 and will be giving away product donated by Graphic 45, be sure to say "hi" if you spot her cropping! Visit her blog Certified Scrapaholic.
